Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In particularly busy times, these times could be slightly longer.

Domestic shipping rates and estimates

As a standard shipping method, we work with DPD. 
Free local delivery is available for orders within Ghent.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

You can return your order for a refund minus shipping costs. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: Eedverbondkaai 242, 9000 Gent. We will sometimes request evidence the contents remained undamaged/unopened, so make sure to take a photo if the outer box or product is damaged.
